樊后保，男，博士、教授、博士生导师。现任南昌工程学院副校长，生态与环境科学研究所所长。“赣鄱英才555工程”首批人选，江西省高校中青年学科带头人，江西省新世纪百千万人才工程人选，享受政府特殊津贴专家。担任政协江西省第十届委员会人口资源环境委员会专家，南方水土保持研究会副理事长。主要研究领域包括森林生态学、水土保持、生物地球化学循环及人工林的可持续经营等。主持完成国际合作项目3项、国家自然科学基金项目3项及省部级项目12项。在国内外刊物上发表学术论文115篇，其中8篇发表在SCI刊物（Global Change Biology, Plant and soil, Forest Ecology and Management）上，48篇发表在中科院或国家一级学会主办的刊物上；论文被国际刊物引用110次，其中被Nature引用3次。获省级科技进步一等奖1项、三等奖2项。
(1) Director of Laboratory
Professor Houbao Fan is the director of the Key Laboratory. He is a leading talent of Ganpo Excellence 555 Project,a middle-aged academic leader in the universities of Jiangxi Province, an expert awarded the special governmental allowance, and has been selected for the New Century Talents Project of Jiangxi Province. He is a member of the Expert Committee of Population, Resources and Environment of the 10th Jiangxi People's Political Consultative Conference Committee. His research interests center on forest ecology, soil and water conservation, biogeochemical cycling, and sustainable plantation management. He has been awarded 3 grants from the International Cooperation Project, 3 grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other 12 grants funded by ministerial and provincial-level departments. He has so far published 115 research papers, with 8 papers on SCI indexed journals(e.g., Global Change Biology, Plant and soil, Forest Ecology and Management) and 48papers on high-impact domestic scholarly journals. His research papers have been cited more than 110 times by international publications, with 3 times by publications on Nature. He has also won 3 provincial science and technology awards, with one first-prize and two third-prize.

黄荣珍，男，博士，教授，硕导。江西省高校中青年骨干教师、美国Clemson University访问学者。主要研究领域为退化地生态恢复和水土流失遥感监测等。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级科技项目4项，社会服务项目15项，科研经费总额1100多万元；获得省部级科技奖4项；发表SCI、CSCD学术论文60余篇。
Prof Rongzhe Huang, PhD, Master Supervisor, visiting scholar in Clemson University, middle-aged academic backbone in the universities of Jiangxi Province. He main research interests focuses on forest on ecological restoration of eroded red soil and soil and water conservation monitoring. 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects，4 provincial and ministerial projects and 15 social service projects, have been carried out, with a total research funding of more than 11 million yuan. He has won 4 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, and published more than 60 SCI and CSCD academic papers.

刘文飞，男，博士，教授，硕导，加拿大UBC大学访问学者。主要研究方向流域生态系统过程与管理和生态修复。近5年主持完成国家自然科学基金等项目2项，发表学术论文15篇（SCI12篇），获得省级教学成果二等奖1项。
Prof Wenfei Liu, PhD, Master Supervisor, Visiting Scholar at UBC in Canada. The major research interests include watershed ecosystem process and ecological restoration. 2 projects including National Natural Science Fund were granted and 35 papers (30 published in SCI journals) were published and teaching achievement was awarded second prize of Jiangxi Province from 2019 to 2023.
廖迎春，女，博士，教授，硕导。UBC大学访问学者，江西省水土保持学会常务理事。主要研究领域为生态系统物质循环和根系生态学。近5年主持国家自然科学基金2项，江西省科技厅重点研发项目2项，江西省教育厅科研项目2项，发表学术论文15余篇。
LIAO Yingchun - Ph. D & Professor at Nanchang Institute of Technology. Liao is interested in the field of ecological studies. Her main research interests focus on: Nutrient cycling of forest ecosystem; root and mycorrhizal ecology. Liao has lead 2 projects by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 provincial projects and has published more than 15 scientific papers for the past 5 years.
袁颖红，男，博士，副教授，硕导。美国North Carolina State University访问学者，中国土壤学会会员和中国生态学会会员。主要研究领域为土壤生态学和水土保持。主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级项目3项，发表学术论文40多篇。
Yuan Yinghong, Male, Ph.D. in Ecology, Associate Professor, MA student adviser. Visiting Scholar in department of soil and crop science, North Carolina State University, USA, 2015-2016. A member of Soil Society of China and A member of Ecological Society of China. Research on Soil Ecology and Conservation of Water and Soil. Three projects of National Natural Science Foundation and three projects of provincial and ministerial level project have been carried out, and more than 40 academic papers have been published.
李燕燕，女，博士，副教授，硕导。主要从事植被恢复与重建、土壤有机碳循环、氮沉降等方面的研究。主持完成2项省教育厅科技项目和省科技厅青年基金项目1项，参与完成国家自然科学基金和省级项目各6项，发表论文40余篇。

Her main research interests focus on: vegetation restoration, the cycle of soil organic carbon and nitrogen deposition. Li has lead 3 provincial projects .She has published more than 40 scientific papers.

HU Liang - Ph. D & Associate Professor at Nanchang Institute of Technology. Hu is interested in the field of Resource Environment and Ecological Restoration. Hu has lead 2 provincial projects and published 7 scientific papers as first author or corresponding author for the past 5 years.

马璠，男，博士，副研究员。毕业于西北农林科技大学水土保持与荒漠化防治专业。主要研究领域为土壤健康、环境磁学、城市生态学、城市水土保持等。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，省级研究课题2项。出版专著3部，科研随笔1部，获国家发明专利2件。
Ma Fan, male, PhD, Associate Professor. Graduated from the Northwest A & F University. The main research area involves soil health, environmental magnetism, urban ecology and soil & water conservation in city, etc. Two programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects of provincial level were carried out. Four books were published including three academic monographs and an essay collection of scientific research stories. He also owns two patents for inventions.
沈芳芳，女，博士，副教授。中国水土保持学会会员、江西省生态学会会员。主要研究领域为全球变化生态学、植被恢复与重建。近5年主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级项目3项，发表学术论文30余篇（SCI 13篇）。

Zhu Liqin , PhD & Lecturer at at Nanchang Institute of Technology. Her main research interests focus on: vegetation restoration and reconstruction in degraded red soil; forest belowground ecology. She has been supported one project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one project of the Science and Technology Research Project of Education Department of Jiangxi Province. She has published 4 SCI papers with the first author in journals such as 《Forest Ecology and Management》and 《Journal of Ecology》for the past 5 years.

Zou Xianhua, PhD & Lecturer at Nanchang Institute of Technology. Her research interests center on ecological restoration and stress physiology of trees. She has been awarded 2 grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other 5 grants funded by ministerial and provincial-level departments. She has published 9 research papers as the first author, with 2 papers on SCI indexed journals. Her researches have won Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards,were one first prize, one second prize and one third prize for the past 5 years.
黄国敏，博士，讲师。主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级项目3项、其它级别项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金6项、省部级项目8项。发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI论文30余篇，第一（通讯）作者SCI论文5篇，1篇入选ESI高被引论文。主要从事森林植物生理生态学领域的研究。
Dr Guomin Huang is currently employed as lecturer at the Nanchang Institute of Technology. His research primarily focuses on the ecophysiological responses of woody plants to changing climates, especially for the climatic extremes. He has served as PI in 6 research projects and as the main participant in over 10 research projects. To date, he has published over 50 research papers in leading international journals in the fields of plant ecology and physiology, including Global Change Biology, Journal of Hydrology, and Plant, Cell & Environment, one of which has been selected as the ESI Highly Cited Papers.

张海娜，女，博士，讲师，毕业于中国科学院大学。担任中国水土保持学会石漠化防治专委会委员。主持和参与省级及以上科研项目6项；发表SCI论文10余篇，授权国家专利10余项，参与出版学术专著4部，主编教材2部。主要从事退化生境植被恢复与农林遥感研究。
Dr. Haina Zhang, female, PhD, Lecturer, graduated from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. A member of the Specialised Committee on Rocky Desertification Prevention and Control of the Chinese Society of Soil and Water Conservation. Undertaken or participated in 6 scientific research projects at the provincial level and above; published more than 10 SCI papers, authorised more than 10 national patents, participated in the publication of 4 academic monographs and edited 2 textbooks. Main research areas are vegetation restoration of degraded habitats and remote sensing in agriculture and forestry.
房焕英，博士，讲师、高级工程师。主要研究领域为土壤碳循环、水土流失防治，先后主持或参与10余项研究课题、80余项水土保持综合防治项目，发表论文30余篇，完成4项地方标准，参编论著3部。
Dr. Fang Huanying is a lecturer and senior engineer at Nanchang Institute of Technology. Her main research interests focus on: soil carbon cycling, soil and water loss control in red soil. She has presided over or participated in more than 10 research topics, more than 80 soil and water conservation comprehensive prevention and control projects, published more than 30 papers, completed 4 local standards, and participated in 3 books.
张晓亮，男，博士，生态学博士，南昌工程学院讲师，研究兴趣集中在水生植被保护与恢复，滨水景观规划设计。先后承担了江西草业资源清查、南昌市湿地植物多样性调查及湿地生态修复机理及应用评估等10余项，并在Diversity and distributions、Biological invasions、Environmental pollutions等国际主流期刊发表相关学术论文10余篇，荣获赣鄱科学技术奖三等奖1项。
Zhang xiaoliang, Male, Ph.D. in Ecology, lecturer. Scientific work are protection and restoration of aquatic plants，biological invasions and waterfront landscape planning and design. In the past 5 years, and More than 10 projects had been successively undertaken including the inventory of grassland resources in Jiangxi, the survey of wetland plant diversity in Nanchang, and the evaluation of wetland ecological restoration mechanisms and applications. more than 10 related academic papers in mainstream international journals had been published such as Diversity and distributions, Biological invasions, and Environmental pollutions. One scientific and technical payoffs were awarded the third prize of the Ganpo Science and Technology Award.
